Leading Security Systems Integrator that is growing aggressively in Georgia has an immediate need for a Security Service Field Supervisor. Prior Management experience is not necessary. We really need someone that is highly technical with great people skills.
This is a perfect opportunity for a Sr. Level Security Service Technician that is interested into transitioning into a management role. This position will have the opportunity to grow into a Service Department Management role.
Position will spend about 20% of the time in the office and 80% of the time in the field. Experience and proficiency with 2+ of the following enterprise level Access Control Manufacturers is required: Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, AMAG, Prowatch, or Avigilon. Must have 5++ years of Large Commercial/Industrial IP Video and Access Control experience.

Job duties include: Performing complex service calls for customers, ride-alongs with technicians for training and quality control purposes, manage quality standard for all service calls, oversee the transition from the installation to service team, handle the on-call schedule for technicians, schedule preventative maintenance opportunities with clients, attend on-site customer meetings as needed
